This plan describes the communication and dissemination strategies, tools and activities that SHERPA is employing to ensure that both the project as a whole and its results are disseminated widely and effectively to project target groups. The plan sets out clear goals and objectives to reach, as well as specific outputs to generate, and establishes Key Performance Indicators for measuring the project’s success in attaining its communication and dissemination aspirations. In SHERPA, these aspects are considered cornerstones for fulfilling the project mission and vital to achieving high impact.
